Porsche Boxster head gasget
Discussion
Over the past month car has started to lose coolant, no signs of losing coolant when stationary with engine both off and running. Over 50 miles of driving the car is possibly losing ½ litre of coolant, with under car visible checks showing no signs of leaks etc.
Although I have checked both radiator and oil caps for indication of water-oil contamination, I believe the head gasket may need replacement.
Apart from the obvious three main Bristol based Porsche service garages, are there any others within 20 miles of Bristol, that local phers could recommend for carrying out the above repair.

I'm not too familiar with Boxsters but 944s have an oil cooler which can leak as the seals wear which gives all the symptoms of a failed head gasket so that might be worth looking into.
You should have the coolant system pressure tested for leaks as this should show where the coolant is going without having to run the engine. There's no point having the head gaskets changed if it's not the cause of the issue.
