OK - this is hardly going to be a Goodwood F.O.S, but there is a gathering of classic cars in Exmouth on 19th August, no idea on times yet but I imagine it will be a mid morning to mid afternoon thing. I am planning on taking down the 924, as it would be rude not to being only a mile down the road. Not sure on their definition of "classic" but anyone else interested with an old motor? smile

You just show up around 10.30. Free to get in to my knowledge as well. Organised by the morris minors owners club, SW division I think. Google "Exmouth classic 19th August" and a few hits come up.

I'm heading down for 10am. I only hope more of my 924 is polished than it currently is....

BUMP! If anyone can't do the PH thing in South Brent, might be worth coming to this. All free - to both show and attend as a spectator.

Ive just read a article on the "Exmouth Classic" event in the Torquay Evening Herald. It sounds quite interesting. 150 cars last year attending !! I may pop over on Sunday. Im pretty busy at the moment, as im preparing my MX5 for the Forge Motorsport Action Day in a few weeks time.

I'm going to that on 8th September too, although not planning on going on track at the moment.

Ive bought tickets for C/Coombe Action Day. But I havnt booked track time, yet. I thought I would do that on the day. Weather permiting !! Dont fancy a loony possibly spinning into me on a wet track.
See you at Exmouth tomorrow afternoon. Should be a good one , nice & local.

Shame you've booked tickets as I have some going spare to save a few quid on the £12 gate entry price.

My 924 is all ready for the show now. Never thought she'd be looking this good. Just need to ensure she's in the same condition for Pentillie as well.
