There's going to be another meet up at Pentillie Castle this Sunday but this time it's going to be in the evening (6pm) so we can have a chat about the upcoming Pentillie Festival of Speed and the result of the British F1 over a barbecue. More details here

A few of us are going to be meeting up at Sourton services off the A30 at 5 for a convoy down to the castle. If you want to come along add your name to the list and whether you're going to be meeting us at Sourton or going directly there so we can give them an idea of numbers

Name Car Joining At
MadRob6 Porsche 944 (if it starts) Sourton

Ultimately depends on my commitment at Powderham, but either expect a red (I mean pink biggrin) porker 924, or don't be surprised if there isn't either. biggrin

At least the weather is looking better than it will be at Classic Le Mans !!!! I've just noticed its rain rain rain over there. I still wish i'd gone tho.

Anyway, I could be up for this but will probably meet there as i live near the A38. I think you should come down here for the run over bridge & thru the tunnel instead.
Especially now I can provoke pops and bangs at will

Hey guys. I'm up in Bath this weekend, and heading down around this time so I might join you. Nothing silly as the clutch is making all manner of funny noises. So my standard PH run approach wringing every last rev out of the engine may suffer!

Afterwards back down to Penryn...

Due to the mud at Powderham I am more likely to be in the Skoda now as it has a limited slip diff meaning its better in the mud than the porker. Is the Skoda still welcome? wink

Welcome whatever mate. That's the joy of PH.

I may have fractured me finger so there's a possibility the Passat may be in attendance. I'm determined to join though.

Just heading off to hospital now to see what's going on with it and then see it functions well enough to fix the Porsche and then drive it. I get on fine with the Passat and power steering but the Porsche is a rather different beast.

I'll be there even if my entire hand decides to drop off.

Im not sure what I am doing now the powderham show is cancelled. Will be aiming to be at spurting, but I will be driving normally as car is still not 100%, I'll likely drive direct to pentillie.

Don't worry about that. The 944 can't be pushed hard due to dead shocks and my happy little finger.

P.s. spurting...hehe.

Balls!Hope you manage to get that sorted.

I've just been messing with some sensors on the Porsche and have fixed my starting issues! Painkillers seem to be working well on the finger too.
