Hi Guys,

Bit of a last minute request this one.

I was asked last night if i could help out by doing Charity drives this saturday at Castle Combe which i've agreed to do but i need to get 2 tyres fitted to my rims. I'm after someone trusted up this way (i work in Staverton) so i can get it done tomorrow lunch time.

They are brand new pro race rims so i really want someone who will take care removing the old tyre and not take off the powder coating with the hydrolic do-da as the last place i used did!

I already have the tyres so it's just a fitting service needed.

Or if someone's feeling generous they can do it for free as it is for Charity! biggrin

Blimey, they wanted £15 per tyre even mentioning their were a client of ours and it was for charity! £20-25 before.

Thats a fair bit more than the £10/tyre i pay in Mike Knights...

I always use Malvern Tyres in Cheltenham to supply and fit tyres and their prices are normally very good, but they don't seem keen on fitting tyres they haven't supplied and so have priced the service accordingly.

I use ETB (First Stop) in Tewkesbury if I just want tyres fitted. I paid £10 a tyre last time I had a set of winters fitted.

Thanks for the comments guys.

I ended up having to get this done early friday morning before heading off to a wedding.

Still, all sorted and had a wicked day at Combe smile
