.. less than half a mile apart on the A377. One at Cowley and the other just before Half Moon Village. Presumably hunting for the people heading north who saw the Cowley one and were lulled into a false sense of security.

Yep, I saw the same van a couple of times around Exeter - Rydon Lane and Topsham Road
