Soft top hood cleaners/refurbs

Hi folks

The hood on my Saab convertable could do with a good clean;touch up ans waterproofing. It is a dark blue and is fading/marked in some areas.

Can anyone recommend someone who sepcialises in this type of work? I live nr Cirencester.
