Interesting plod "car" in Bristol

At about 10am this morning; a VW Transporter T5 in full surfer spec. Oversized wheels, stickers front and back, and even a bike rack on the back. Heading up Park Steet on blues and twos, making good progress too. Just thought I'd say as there doesn't seem to my any mention of it elsewhere on the web, and seemed odd to have clearly oversized wheels (neither as safe or legal as the standard fit items) on a plod car.

Went past to quickly for me to notice the passengers so not sure, plenty of blue lights though.
