Hi any one recomend a builder in bristol area?
Major fire damaged house roof, every thing above head height on top floor needs replacing! Inc loft conversion, Plus water damage etc

Also possibly an architect.

we found Dave Robbins, 0117955064/07966540644 from the federation of master builders website. nice guy, good work, good price. his son is a plumber too.

While you may well not need it - I know a Bristol-based architect I would happily recommend for domestic-scale work esp. if conservation issues are involved.

(I are an Bristol architect, and this isn't my usual practice area / focus)

Thanks chaps, still at the cleaning out stage at the moment :-S, got an architect coming later in the month, may as well have a change around as it has to all be replaced anyway, so see what they come up with first :-)
It's an old house though so all the walls are in good condition still! ha ha
