the last big charter yacht to come to bristol was moored on the other side of the docks outside the M Shed a few years back, we were walking past around 2300 one evening and there were at least three big guys making sure no one came with 20ft of it. cant remember what it was called.
As much as i like Bristol, i can think of other places to take a big yacht like that in March....
Tony Bullimore's Spirit of Antigua was around for a good few months last year too, cant remember if this was before or after its well publicised capsize incident...
