Rear Window repair

Could any of you helpful Southwestern PH'ers suggest where I could have a new rear window fitted to a Chimaera and approximate cost. I am in Bristol.

Also, while I am at it, I may need to get the interior re-carpeted ( faded and stained carpets), any suggestions ?
