Convertible repairs near Bristol?

Folks,
My soft top needs a bit of attention. Nothing major but come fabric "catches" slightly when lowering it, which I would like to sort out. I suspect the elastic straps inside the roof need replacing, mechanics are fine.
Any ideas for any nearby places? I did hear vague inklings about a place in Swansea.

Hey mate, had the same problem with my 1993 E30 cabro and read loads into it as it is a common fault you can fix yourself for very cheap if lucky, or worn system could require replacing/attention. Found one place near Swindon who claimed they knew how to fix it and actually made it worse! £££.
I found some black flat bungees for £5 did the job, then its a case of trial and error until you get the roof to go back as it is supposed to by running them alongside the worn straps already there.
Type in 'tension straps' on google for your car or something like that and you will eventually stumble across loads of advise, diagrams etc for your particular problem and how to fix it yourself, Im certain the BMW straps only come from BMW so that alone costs alot, then labour will make it an expensive repair if you want to go down that route.
