It was pretty much decided on that Tamarind would be the next destination at the last Curry, and I vote for sooner rather than later so I can disassociate the last memory of curry for me being the Party Poooo Palace. Also the wife is bugging me to start a thread.

I'm flexible all month so someone else pick a date

Hope you all had a good Christmas

I'm good for Tuesday 3rd.

Not sure about the Alma Tavern pub as I think the decent curryhouse in the road closed down a while ago (I assume we are talking about the Alma Tavern in Clifton?).

Title amended and SWMBO is available too.

If the venue in Alma Vale Rd is closed then I vote we do a Raj Bari/Pumphouse trip in Hotwells.

Ahem, destination has already been decided, Craig said he would do the booking so now all we need is numbers

Is this tamarind place the one that got stty with one of our lot a while ago? when we tried making a reservation a week in advance without knowing a precise number of people? Ergo, we didn't bother.

I vote the Raj Bari, Because I live a 2 minute walk. Also a 2 min walk to the pump house aswell biggrin I worked out I have 18 pubs within 15 minutes walk. Probably a bit longer coming back from some of them drink

Haven't been to Alma Road for ages, not sure how good it is, but willing to try.

Or of course there is this lovely Indian I know in Clifton... Will I ever live the Poo Palace experience down? rofl

I do maintain that the food was amazing though!
