Hi all,

I'm advising a client that is looking at some office space on Aztec West.

They've got some concerns about the parking on site and I wondered as I know some of you guys work on Aztec whether you could give me a steer about how the parking arrangements actually work in practice? Do the businesses located there put on a shuttle bus? Is there any overspill car parking etc?

Any help/advice gratefully received.

How big does he need the office to be? There are some spare units, all with allocated parking in Brabazon Park, Filton.

Thanks Pete. I know about Brabazon. One of the options of many within Bristol for them is taking space on Aztec, but the directors of the business have raised concerns about the number of allocated car parking spaces vs. the number of likely employees in the building.

Its a normal problem, but generally you have city centre car parks, or park and ride, or parking on local side roads etc - but you've not got that at Aztec and I was interested to know how those working on site actually dealt with the issue of parking.

Thanks

I worked there for a while, and I think your answer will depend on which unit/office space they rent as they all seemed to be different. The common theme seemed to be that everyobody had more cars than spaces, and there is not really anywhere else to park too close (the circular road is kept clear).
