I know Alan is big into his Scoobies and similar but I am fairly confident he has a V8 streak. I will personally vouch for any results stock & tuned on the rolling road there. Done many RR days in my Skoda there and has always been consistent (i.e believable wink). Alan can be a bit funny when you get on the wrong side of him, but he is a petrolhead at heart and will help anyone else out who is like minded. smile

Think you'd be better off going to Mark Burley at MB Motorsport. A more personal service, better value and useful for other things too.

01548 550660 mention my name and you might even get a cup of tea (you'd have to take your own milk though!!!).

What about Dulfords up near Cullopton 01884 266675, I thought they where the men in the TVR know, might be worth giving Richard a ring. I know the were getting ready to move when I last popped in, but is was only down the road so the number should still be the same. The garage was full of TVRs and racing cars, good place to have a nose around. HTH

Guys thanks for the replys, i know alans a scooby man but he knows his stuff. I'll give the other fella mentioned a ring also.
Dulfords are always first on my list for any work on the car, but they use a guy who dosent seem to want the work, and I've given up ringing him.

Richard and Colin both do the tuning of my MS2.

No not Rich or Colin, it was another guy they got to do it.
Do you know which rolling road they are using?

I use Enginetuner (Aland Jeffries)and think they provide top quality service.

After sales is spot on as they are always more than helpful with any queries I have.

Martyn now has subaru customers driving from Scotland for his services (fortunately I only have to take mine from north devon)and the powers they are achieving sdown there (700+bhp from 2.1 impreza strokers) has been a major success.

I don't know the other guys being mentioned on here but whenever you speak to Alan or Martyn, you always get a genuine answer and that is then backed up with great service.
