Phone extension fitting WSM?

Anyone recommend someone to fit a telephone extension wall socket in WSM?

Very easy job as the socket is already there but for some reason wasnt fitted properly and just dissapears back through if you try to put anything in it!

I'd like a DSL dual socket put in

have you removed the face plate to check the socket has not just come loose?

I am completely useless with tools, DIY, etc

The plate has covers over the screws which for the life of me I cannot remove!

The screw covers should just pop out with the aid of a small flat head screwdriver.

Hi,

eventually, they did! (told you I was crap!)

However, have found the problem, the actual extension point has snapped off inside (crap, or what? - house was only built a few years ago and this is the first time I've gone to use the EXT in this room!)

I've connected it in but getting no DT so I'm assuming one of the wires in the back that should be connected, isnt!
