The family want to create an LPA for mother. She's not gone batty, but most of her neighbours have, thus and she'd like to make sure things run smoothly in the future.

Can anyone recommend a straightforward local lawyer in Bristol?

Cheers

You can do it yourself very easily - I did it for my mum. Forms etc can either be downloaded online
http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Governmentcitizensandr... or Age Concern or Citizens Advice Bureau will get them for you. No need to shell out loads for a solicitor. If you need any more help please PM me.
