Starts 6pm but people ariving earlier from what I can gather.

The quay is closed to vehicles at about 5pm. They allow cars along the quay at 6pm (sometimes a few minutes earlier - not many). If you arrive earlier you may have to wait until 6pm to get parked along the quay. If you arrive in a car not appropriate for the theme of the night you will not be allowed onto the quay with the car.

It can get busy - especially if the weather is good. Cars will come and go throughout the evening.
