Third Midlands Meet

In view of the time it took to get the first two on the road we should start planning the Third now!

I went to the second and it was good to meet the guys & gal but how about a few more convoy miles next time?

I suppose the meeting point will be dominated by the usual 'its not suitable for me why not XXXXXX. Oh and by the way I can't make it anyway.....'

How about something really ambitious and have two or three starting points that meet up centrally?

im up for it depending on where and when, there are some fantastic country lanes around Leicestershire and Warwickshire, abit of a country lane run would be great fun!

I would suggest the Donington Park GP collection car park as a possible good place to meet up, providing there isnt a big race meeting on the weekend of the meet up.

What about metting in the same place as before, on the Donington Services that was a farily central location???

I don't have a Car myself, but I'd love to ride shotgun in a spare passenger seat If anyone would be so kind.

I'm back home on the 18th tho, so I can't make a date after that.

can recomment the six hill hotel on the A46 nr loughborough it's got a really huge car park and they are car/bike mad.

Loughborough is a nice run, some good country lanes round that way...... Need to decide a date first and foremost. Anydate but the weekend of the 5th & 6th as i'm away then

Hi all,

New to this site thought i would say hello.

I own a subaru sti 8 (new shape) and live in leicester. I am member of the Scooby club (SIDC) but have been aware of the piston heads due to le mans over the last 2 years.

I would be up for a meet and drive along a few roads.
