How did you fair in the wind ?

I haven't assessed the home for damage yet, I left the office at 13:00 and got home at 20:30, surely a new record for a journey that usually takes around 2 hours. King's Cross was closed, so I had to go to Victoria and catch a coach to Cambridge, then pay a licensed bandit in a cab to drive me home. The local train station car park was still chock-full when we drove past it.
Any damage to the house or garden or the Baur would just be a bonus after that!

Left my last appointment in Leicester at 3.15 p.m. to head home to Evesham. Discovered that the M69 was closed after queuing for 20 mins to J21 (or is it 20) decided to go back up the M1 to the Coleshill exit and cut accros to the A42/M42, cruising along nicely until I hear on the radio that J9 of the M42 is closed!! Few minutes later hit the back of the queue at Tamworth J10. Crawled along the M42 to J9 for about 3 effing hours....headed down the A446, through Balsall Common, Hatton and then onto the A46. Got home at 8.45 p.m.......5 1/2 hours later, a trip that normally takes about an hour!! Boy was I busting for the loo!!!
