Nice new shiny 56 plate 4x4 ( something like animal) in grey/silver with blue light high up on rear of cab - difficult to spot at night. He likes to follow close to other traffic on sc roads , not overtaking at 45/50 - waiting for you to pass both --forgetting that to do so you need a lot of speed to do so safely or follow at 45 on a NSL road, which can (and is safely driven by BIB) BE DONE A LOT FASTER THAN nsl.
