Accommodation needed in/near Leamington Jan to June 07

I'm looking at taking a contract with Wolseley Centers based in Leamington and need to find somewhere comfortable to stay weekdays. The initial contract period is 6 months, starting Jan 07, so would consider nice B&B, shared house/flat/whatever. I'm a 41 year old married/2 kids professional, petrol head and keep fit type.

Can anyone recommend anything?
