Where might I find a Pug 205 petrol engine in the East Midlands area ? I'm based Chesterfield, just took the head off my sons car whilst he's away on holiday expecting too be changing what I suspected was a blown head gasket and found a liner cracked, doh...... ?

Any help suggestions appreciated.

what size engine? if its a 1.0 litre i have one you can have cheap its only done 65000.If not try frenchspares on 01777 817070.I'm only at retford so not far away.

Try the scrapper yard on Racecourse Road in ChesVegas - just off the bypass at the JE James roundabout. I was in there last week getting some E30 alloys and they had a 205 at the back

You could always take my bx 1.9 gti and use the engine out of that it should fit fairly easily.

theres a pug 205 1.6 gti in the scapyard at portway jun 3 m42 going to reddit if this helps you?

Mick Hills at Old Whittington sometimes has a few cars in, maybe worth a call.

Viaduct at Brimington.

Hardy's at Whittington Moor.

Deaton's at Staveley.
