Yesterday A45 Nr Dunchurch - Camera van. I was on the way from Daventry in the wee yeller thing. If anyone here was one of those telling me of the van pointing in my direction - thanks, I got the message in time!

I assumed that camera vanc didn't work at weekends, but I guess it was just a Monday on overtime for them.

While you are mentioning the old Bill and suchlike, keep an eye out for a newish black Volvo estate on the M1 through Notts. I have seen it pulled over with its victim a couple of times now.

Also, just before J26 a scamera van was reported. Dunno if it was on a bridge or pulled over on the m-way itself. We heard about it on the radio today.

Don't forget about the black Type R that prowls around there too. Saw it with an unhappy looking BMW about 3 weeks ago..

I saw it too on Jct 21 M1 last night about 2100hrs...cruised past me but fortunately I was fiddling with the stereo and therefore only doing about 80 hew:

Sunday night the police were out and about at J27 in the old classic plain white Volvo estate
And I'm pretty sure I spotted a plain white Omega last night, I'd just pulled off the M1 at j28 and I noticed it follow me, the passenger was trying to put on a hi-viz jacket, so drove along the A38 like Miss Daisy for a few miles and he turned off
