Sorry if this is a re-post, but couldn't find anything mentioning it.

Driving down the M1 by junction 25 Derby / Nottingham A52 turn going south saw a black Accord Type-R in the mirror of my NSX. Though about putting the peddle down but was on my commute to work south of Birmingham so decided to stick at 70 - normally can't resist a blast with another Honda.

Anyway the long and the short of it is I'm glad I didn't take the bait so to speak, a few minutes later a Porsche zoomed past and after it the same Accord with very fetching blue lights behind the grill. Didn't catch the plate, but it is worth keeping an eye out for chaps (and chapesses).

Cheers, Matt.

No probs.

No it wasn't me unfortunately - I did do down the A52 into Derby not so long ago with an S2K which was fun. Great cars, but if you get that chance get into an NSX for a bit, really a class apart in terms of stability etc. We had a S2K GT for a couple of years and thought that sounded good but if you haven't every sat in the NSX and herad the V6 behind you left ear you need to you'll be very surprised I would think. My ideal set would be an S2K in Ascari and the NSX Coupe in Ascari, well I have one for the time being, just need to sort out the open top one at some point.

If I see a sorted looking S2K on the M1 I'll make sure I give you a beep (although the NSX has the same standard 'toy' horn all Honda's seem to have, so maybe that'll have to be a quick busrt of V6 Vtec :-)

Cheers, Matt.

yes its been around for a while now, Im guessing its due for a change, alot of people on the speed, plod, law forum have commented about the driving of that thing, nearly taking people out at high speeds cutting through the lanes.

the plate number was on another thread i saw a while ago.

Its an X reg. Has pulled me before. Saw it hanging around the town centre doing nothing much waiting to catch someone doing 32 in a 30.

It's his driving ability that's a bit of a worry. Have you read the other threads?
