I noticed that the Vintage Sports Car Club have a sprint on at Curborough on the 30th April. Assuming no monsoon I'm planning to go - might anyone else be going?

Ordinarily, yes, would have liked to have popped over and said hello to you Prof.

But it's PF next weekend.

Yes I know (sadly my schedule ruled that out) - perhaps you might fancy the AMOC sprint at Curborough on 28th May? I'm going to come to a Starkholmes sometime soon, I hope, so will meet you eventually

Yes but I am already commited to showing my classic at Gawsworth Hall near Macclesfield on the 1st of May. Which means my weekend is taken up with cleaning and waxing the thing.

I go to Curborough most Sundays, when there is a meeting on, but I'm at pistonfest too. John

We need to mark a Curborough Sunday meet for us all then, with a picnic or local pub lunch.

Bet a few Midlands members would be up for that, it's not far for any of us.

Here is this years calender www.curborough.co.uk/curcalnd.htm

The RSSOC meeting is usually packed to the hedges, so best avoid that one unless there is only a few going. John

Tom Delaneys car is a Lea Francis Hyper, the little silver car looks like an Austin Seven to me.
