Decent garage in Northants?

Can any fellow PH'ers recommend a decent garage in or around Northants. My MOT is coming up and I need a couple of bits doing that I'm not able to do myself and the main Rover dealer charges a fortune!

Any decent independents out there who are cheap, reliable and do MOT's?

Any advice greatly appreciated!

Dave's place NTBS, are indeed OK, but they are doing the new MOT's now I think

Tyres aren't a bad price though

Churchills in Paulersbury(just outside Towcester).I've known the Owner Adrian for years(raced against him in the Super Coupe Cup)and he's a genuine bloke.Does tyres,batteries repairs etc.Been doing my Jag and Range Rover.

I know its an old thread but I have taken both cars- who happened to have brake problems to EBC Brakes just off London Rd in Northampton, they arranged MOT's for me, fixed the brakes, did a bit of welding on one of them, replaced windscreen etc. Very polite and fairly cheap quotes on everything.

Addy, what sort of stuff needs doing mate!

I used to be in the car game and might know some guys who could sort you out? Cant gaurantee it ....... but quite confident!
