Will try to get down.

No TVR at the moment (or maybe for ages) but I'll park the polo at the back!

It wasn't hard really, was it now, Boosted?

Paul (Wortec) has fitted a rip-shifter and re-mapped the car for me. Gave it a K and N air filter for good measure at the same time.
He filled the gearbox with Redline oil (£75 ouch) at the same time and the change is a lot better, if not Type R-esque!

Car runs really well, sounds nice with the aftermarket pipes and is pretty much how I want it now.

LOL, I guessed right! See you there.

Boosted.

What's up with the car?
Wanna lift?

Crashed it.

Coming home from Belper a couple of weeks ago. Slowed down for the 40 at Kelstedge and the wheels locked. No nice predictable skid, but instead the back overtook me and we went over the other carriageway, through a hedge and into a wall.

Shouldn't have bothered slowing down!

Holy Shit! Really sorry to hear that, I know exactly how you feel. Hopefully covered by insurance? unlike BG's major 'off' at MIRA.

Sorry to hear about your accident Andy. At least you are ok and no animals or children were hurt.

I should be there.
Last week a muppet in a BMW reversed into Boosteds Saab in the pub car park!

Cheers guys.

Not sure what the deal is with the insurance yet, but first estimate was £20k All fully comp though (despite the police database showing no insurance!), but not sure about NCB.

I would post some pictures, but my camera was in the glove box and it bust. All I have is a black screen! Top tip for everyone - Don't bash your camera into the windscreen at 60 mph.

I always keep my camera firmly in a zipped up bag when in the car just in case I crash. Mainly because I don't want to damage it, but it is so heavy it would probably cause a right mess on impact if it was propelled through the air.
