Looking for recommendations.

Got my wheels refurbed a couple of months back and they got the colour completely wrong, revved the sin out of the engine as I left (I gave them the benefit of the doubt), overtightened 2 wheel bolts on each corner, and painted on the part where the wheel meets the spigot so my mechanic says now it fits poorly.

Basically everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. I can't be bothered going back to them.

Ideally looking for somewhere that could collect wheels from me as that experience has killed my trust in leaving my car with somewhere like that overnight, or has a spare set (which is unlikely as it's quite a rare car - V10 RS6).

Is it just me or are customer service / general standards getting worse nowadays?

I've had a set of diamond cut alloys refurbed, it was at Diamond Alloys in Stores Road, Derby. Also had a full refurb done on a set of Subaru wheels a few years ago, both sets were exactly as expected.

I’ve used diamond alloys, no issues.
