Any Honda gurus in Lincolnshire?

I have a 9th gen Honda civic with crank no start, posted details in Jap forum.

Honda specialists are a bit thin on the ground in Lincolnshire, my local auto diags chap is worse than useless and the main stealers will just spend thousands replacing everything!

Car has fuel, spark but no start! Anyone in Lincolnshire area with good level of diagnostics who can travel to Skeg area?

Fuel and spark ok , but also needs timing and compression to run

Yerp, timing seems fine, AA chap said it would through a code... nothing? I know these engines burn oil at a high rate but why would it loose compression in a heart beat? Will do a compression test after I have checked other stuff.
