Anyone coming along to have a watch of us nutters charge around a forest? I'll be holding the strings of the adrenalized wheel puppet in car 32! :)

Let's hope that Taunt's steering remains in one piece this time eh?

I might pop down.

Which section is going to be most interesting for spectators?

I would say the Clipstone stages, the car parking is good at Sherwood Pines Forest Park and there is a lot of scope for moving around the stages to get a range of viewpoints. Besides, Portland is non-spectator and Rainbow Hill is up near Sheffield, so that only leaves Blidworth as another possibility, but it's only run once and that's first stage.

See here for details.

I was chatting to her about that very thing last week - I didn't realise quite how lucky she's been on both the occasions her steering has died!!
All allegedly sorted now though

Rats! What a day...

Great run through Blidworth, going great guns on Portland 1 until we realised at the finish that the car was boiling over, struggled with the overheating problem for the rest of the day, but threw most of our time away with silly mistakes, a straight on on SS3 cost us at least 40 seconds and a rather more severe straight on off down a firebreak cost us at least 1.5 minutes on SS7. End result, both Utting and Taunt beat us (to my everlasting shame)
