GOOD NEWS!

the coppers found the car this morning in the top valley/bilborough area

the only reason it was found was because it was blocking someones driveway!

good news for the bloody tracker installed on it that didnt fu*king work!

im going to write tracker a letter about this, as it clearly hasnt done its job

me parents cant go and see it till tomorrow as its bank holiday, we will need to get the sides fixed though, dont know if it will be done in time for le mans, should be

Excellent.

Are you saying that the damage is a part of the theft - it had not been damaged previously?

Maybe that is why it has been abandoned? Or perhaps just that the thieves really were just joy riding chavs.

Glad you've found it, did anyone on CruiseNotts spot it?
This is the usual style for nicking a Merc, the scrotes know it's got a tracker fitted, so leave it somewhere quiet and see if it gets recovered, they would have given it a few days, if it was still there they would be off in it knowing the tracker isn't working
You need to get it back to Merc sharpish to get the new keys coded, and a very strong letter/phonecall to tracker, and I'd be demanding a refund of any charges they have ever made as can they prove they were ever giving a service they were charging for?

nobody spotted it on cruisenotts but everyone was keeping an eye out for us which was good.

the only reason they found it was because it was parked in front of somebodys drive and they phoned the police to get it moved, the tracker didnt do a damn thing

i have emailed them saying that it didnt yield any results and whether it is trackers fault for the actual device, or the polices fault for not looking hard enough

I'll just add, the only reason I know the style is my ex-boss had his AMG Merc nicked and that got left in Top Valley, that also had a tracker, but the police could not locate it, a little old lady called the police because she was worried about a black Merc with blacked out windows parked outside her house all day

Yep, broke in the house while he was on holiday, found the keys and took it off his drive.
