FIRST POSTING "MIDLANDS"
Discussion
Hi to all.
First posting here but have posted in some of the other forums.
Based in Birmingham. Drive a red 1985 Porsche 924. It will soon be fitted with a Carrera body kit (I know I keep saying "soon", but honest it will!!). Reg number is my handle on here (B10 WPW but reads BLOW PW, PW being my initials).
Give me a wave if you see me about.

Thanks for the replies.
Would love to come to some on the meets. You tell me where & when &, work permitting, I'll do my best to be there.
Porky looking a bit sad for itself at the moment. Haven't polished it for a while as I keep "promising" to get on & fit the kit. Once done, it's off for a re-spray. Need to fit the rear seat properly. Half way through fitting re-trimmed seat's I got off ebay (black with red inserts). The problem is the hinged top part of the rear seat. The re-trimmed one is from an older 924 so it doesn't have the right release mechanism to tilt it. I've got to try & take the cover off & fit it to my existing one (not a job I'm looking forward too!).
Also toying with the idea of doing an engine swap. Currently looking into the problems I need to sort in order to fit an Audi 5 cylinder (if it will fit at all!).

Keep your eyes peeled on the Midlands' forum. We are having another big night out at the end of March (yet to be arranged, but a few ideas are being thrown around). I know that it's a bit short notice, but there is karting on Saturday 29th January. It's not too far from you and it's a case of more the merrier. More details here:
