Redditch PHers?

Hi, just thought I’d introduce myself. In Redditch, just got interested in track days & don’t really know how it came about, probably a mid-life-crisis (38 going on 17… ok 12), didn’t think my Cooper would be up to the job so I bought a spangly new Civic Type R in November, been hooning around & having a laugh ever since. Also into music, poker, football & been into most things in the past. NOT into working on cars, thrash ‘em & sell ‘em before the warranty is up, that’s what I say. Did my 1st track day at Donington on 28th Nov, booked to go again on 30th Jan & doing Bedford Autodrome on 5th Feb, any other PHers from Redditch (area) doing these dates?

Hi, I live just up the road in Bromsgrove. I drive an old shape mini with a twin cam A series. It only been on the road 5 months but i'm thinking about getting it on the track soon, although the last time I tried I was booted out for being too loud

I was born in Redditch, lived there until 1997, when I moved to Evesham when I seporated with mad wife!, then, moved to Worcester in 1999, where I almost let mad girlfriend move in with me, then, moved to Gloucester with soon to be wifey in 2002, and, in 2003, we moved to Forest of Dean, got married a year later, and thats where we are now, however, every other saturday, I have to drive back to Redditch to pick up my son (I think Slinky's seen me once or twice!), I know Redditch very well, almost everyone I know lives there!!

Yes, definately , when the weather's better, perhaps we could arrange something with a few others, a pub lunch perhaps!
