Insurance broker in Nottingham or surrounding area

I'm looking for some life insurance. Can anyone here recommend someone that can do the job properly for me?

I know Regulation has made things a bit confusing these days but Insurance Brokers tend to only deal with "General Insurance" such as Motor, Buildings Contents etc.

Life Assurance is generally regulated as "Investment Business" so usually dealt with by Financial Advisers rather than Insurance brokers although some firms do offer both services.

Nottingham is out of my local area so I cannot recommend anyone to you but hopefully theses comments will help you.

Have you tried the comparison web sites. I'd looked at over 50 stuff and for me the returns are pretty poor vs premium . Two cropped up which are close to what I'd pay on over 50, but the payout is a lot higher and they are term policies as opposed to pay forever, or till 90 .
