Anyone know of any workshop space for rent?

I've been trying to find a small farm building or the like that's available to rent to use for repair/restoration of my own cars, I'm not having much luck though. All the big sites seem to have are massive units for multiple thousands a month.

Anyone know of anything in the Derbyshire area? Either that or if you're local and also looking for somewhere useful to store/fix a car maybe we could club together? I'm getting tired of working on the driveway!

Wish you lived a bit closer - I'm in Kenilworth, right on the border of Coventry and my requirements have outgrown my single lockup!
