Recommendations for builder Warwick M40 area

I need recommendations for a small building company near to the M40 at Warwick.

My daughter's neighbour has recently raised a complaint of loss of water pressure, with the local water authority's inspection, indicating there may be a leak in piping situated under a tiled conservatory floor.

So looking for a small building company for finding and repairing leaking pipe, floor tiling and plastering, thanks

Had a thought -would it be easier to replace the length .It could be done with damage at both ends by mole ploughing . Don't know about cost .
