No cash at moment. Pardon ,if I'm being cynical ,but we've seen a lot more SAC on the go . With four vans ,will it be a case of a domino effect on the cameras. First they get enough cash to convert the highest earner fixed back on line, then as more rollsin the second highest etc ?And the press report could be a bit of revenue earning propagando .

Yep you are right - Somewhere on the A449 (Whittington/Cookley) is the border with West Mercia.
