Nice lunch in Lincoln area?

My parents moved from Surrey to Branston in Lincolnshire (yes they're mental) and so i need to go see them on Monday as its Mother's birthday, does anyone know a good place to take her to that;
A. Isn't on a 2 meals for £8 deal
B. Isn't Tapas
C. Isn't 2 towns away i.e four hours drive away
D. Might have some atmosphere

Of what i have seen of the place this may be tricky but any recommendations grately received!
