Industrial estate burger/breakfast vans in West Mids

Can anyone tell me of any burger/cafe/tea vans situated on industrial estates in Brum or Cov area please?

If it's one that can be seen on streetview, all the better

The two that spring to mind aren't strictly on industrial estates, there's "Becky's Batch Bar" on the Kenilworth Road in Coventry (between Central 6 and King Henry's school) and the one in the car park at Homebase just off the A45.

Try the bus in west bromwich.

Really nice guy runs it. The lower floor is a kitchen and the upstairs has been converted to tables. Each sandwich is a filled tiger loaf.

Usually a couple on the A4600 aroud the Tesco area. Hilton area, of J2.
Edit- one in B & Q park ,offf A46 ( Friday's ISLAND), and no doubt a few in each industrila estate in Cov. Stay out of Warks- WCC haven't worked out that if they licence the vans- they make money.
