Any recommendations for dog training classes, preferably within 30 mins travel of Bingham (South Nottinghamshire NG13)?

Think it may just be within your 30 minutes criteria - try The Dog Adventure Centre @ Swinderby just off the A46 between Newark and Lincoln, they do loads of stuff for training and socialisation.

I can only reccomended one in Breedon on the Hill and Melborne but that is about 30 miles from you.
He is a Gun Dog trainer but does other dogs too.

Used this guy http://www.dogtrainingderbynottingham.co.uk/ with my Lab.
Comes to your home, not cheap but I found him very good.A bit like Cesar Millan style of training.
You'll likely have to book in advance as he is very popular.
Avoid Sheila Hocken, a total waste of time.
