Morning Guys

Are Castle Chrome in Dudley still trading? After agreeing a price with Diane there, I've sent them some parts for Chroming and not hear a thing from them for nearly 2 months. Not responding to email or responding to answer-phone messages. I'm starting to fear that my parts are lost......

I was wondering if anybody lived or worked near them and could check that they are still alive.

If nobody can help out you could try the 101 Dixons Green Road address which crops up on all the other companies Castle Chrome's director is also involved with.

From that link you'll see that Castle Chrome ceased trading in 2011 whilst Castle Polishing & Chrome Plating continued, if nothing else you could wait and see if they file this year. Then pursue through the other companies if you can be bothered.

the dixons green road address is a smallish office building i think, certainly not a plating factory.

I'll try writing to their other address, i'm at a point where i'm not bothered if they chrome the parts or not, I just want them back.

Me too! I was just about to send of my over riders to them. Did they send your stuff back, was it chromed and was it a good job?

Well since asking I have sent my job off and had it back. All reasonable and quick enough and look great! I am very happy.

What might it cost to have my mini bumpers and light clusters done there? are we talking hundreds?

hi , yes ive got stuff in there , being done , they are around , i spoke to Steve today . ALL GOOD
