Joining instructions have been sent to all members who have said they want to join in, have expressed an interest or people who I have been recommended to attend.
A set number of e-mails have been sent and the response has been very positive.
If you have received the joining instructions feel free to come along as per the instructions.
If you have not received the instructions and want to come you need to e-mail me first and I can put you on a reserve list as theirs at least 6 cars that I wont know if are attending until Thurs/Fri. Im not being awkward but a convoy can only take so many cars and after receiving an E-mail from someone expecting a road race down with all the other cars thats not what this is about and for anyone else wanting the same please dont turn up this is a family event.

James, thanks for the e-mail. Due to where we live Judy and I won't be seting off from the starting point in the e-mail. We would have to travel north and then double back.A set number of e-mails have been sent and the response has been very positive.
