B+E Towing test for driving licence..

Hi guys just looking for a bit help, I need to complete my Cat B+E test for pulling a trailer that weigh's over 750kg. Does anyone know where in the North East I can do this to update my licence. Need it for pulling the Golf track car on a trailer!

There is a place around billingham that does this but not sure what its called but if you google it im sure it will come up.
