This is who replaced my rear screen:

It's also where Tony (HHC) gets hood/interior work done.

The screen in my hood ended up with a hole (usual place - the pinch point when it's down) and so it had to be replaced - which is what I assume would happen with yours (if memory serves I believe they're hard to repair effectively - just in case you think all it's going to be is a bit stitching to fix yours).
Again, if I recall correctly, it was £400 odd.

The stichting hase pulled away from the top corner and looks a mess
I have learnt one thing about these cars nothing is a quick job or a cheap job. But if it makes it look good then so be it.

there was some guy on ebay sellilng them for £250 - £350 for a whole new hood. £400 for a new screen seems a very lot to me.

I did mine myself - £30 for the plastic from Woolies or it might have been martrim...took less than a day to get the old hood off, take into work and run a sewing machine around the edge.

Seems awfully expensive for a bit of stitching that Chris. Why not try a reupholsterer he would repair to the same standard for a fraction of the price.

yikes they are taking the mick...

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TVR-Tasmin-280i-350i-S1-S2-S...

£300 for a new roof and the targa panel...absolute bargain if they want £650 to replace a £30 peice of plastic.

In fact i am thinking of getting one as my black roof it looking a bit tired and i think a new blue roof will match the car much better.....

Thats handy to know.
have just booked my Griff into HHC for its service and asked Richard to get me a cost thinking that it was Kish who did his trimming work and it turns out he now sends most stuff to Chris to get done.
