Hi guys,
Been lurking around here for a couple of weeks and have been inspired by some of the road trip threads. Alps pics look amazing, think il start small though with an overnight border run!
scotch corner--middleton in teesdale--brampton--A7,canobie--B6357,newcastleton ,bonchester bridge, jedburgh--A698 past kelso to b&b at cornhill on tweed.
next day head over to the coast and make way south stopping off at family etc.

route planner (trip north) saying 150 miles, 5,30 hours. any thoughts on that being long enough/too far? bearing in mind will have the mrs with me and will stop at least twice. will be an AM start.
any tips would be great

cheers

oh and wavey

150 miles is a doddle TBH, could do it easily in a day, route does sound good, includes some of my favourite roads.
