Does anyone work in the HR industry? provider needed

Our human resources provider has ceased trading so we are therefore needing to engage a new company.Has any one got any local knowledge in this field.I dont want to use the majors(peninsula and praesidium etc etc) as they provide a "call centre" type service where as I want a more personalised service
