Recommend me an Electrician, Builder and a sky dish person

Hi everyone,
i'm starting to feel bad that i only seem to have time to post up when its asking for advise, but here goes anyway
The flat we are renting has a lot of problems and the landlord finally came out today to look at them,
they have agreed to pay for stuff the management committee should be sorting out
but we need to find someone (doesn't need to be able to do all the jobs one person per job is fine lol)
Firstly, We need a builder who can come out and sort out a major damp issue the flat has, we believe that it has problems with its damp proof membrane so they would need to be able to deal with this sort of work.
Second is an electrician who can come and do a routine inspection of the electrics and sort out the two burnt out light fittings in the living room and also find out why the others keep blowing.
Finally i need someone who can adjust a sky dish that is quite high up. Sky won't touch it as its a communal dish and the management committee are incompetent so my landlord is willing to pay for it to be sorted.
So if anyone knows or can recommend people for the above jobs, please let me know, or even if your one of the above please get in touch, we want to get the ball rolling as soon as possible.

For an electrician call Fosters Electrical Contractors on 0191 2865516 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 0191 2865516 end_of_the_skype_highlighting and ask for Andrew or Peter. I've used them for years - great bunch of guys, very tidy and professional.
For the Sky dish/aerial guy then call Marc at Gateshead Aerials on 0191 4690268.
