Refurbished Turbo's - where to get one?

Mate has a 1988 RS Turbo and it's getting a bit smokey. Any recommendations for refurb companies or would it be better to just buy a new turbo?

theres a place at winyard, around where samsung use to be, can't remember the name though, they refurbed my old cosworth turbo and were good on price.
