Lift south M1 wanted - to Nottingham/Leicester

Anyone heading south down the M1 this week ?
I could do with a lift to the Nottingham/Leicester area as i need to pick my car up from V8Developments.

No pain, no gain!! Have you thought about good old national express? just heard an advert on the radio tonight for £1 seats?

Hehe - yes looked at nat express.
8.5 - 9 hours to Spalding from Newcastle.... they must have to save fuel for a £1 ticket - 20mph all the way !

if you get the 10.05 train from Newcastle to Spalding a first class ticket is £75. (£61 on the 08.59) Standard class is £82.70, weirdly.

ETA, if you get the 07.30 you have to change twice but the cheapest fare is only £37
