The trackday that was scheduled to run on the 2nd January, but was cancelled due to snow & ice on the track, has now been re-scheduled to Saturday 13th February. For all details go to www.thetrackdayclub.com

For those people who haven't claimed a refund, just follow the instructions on the website, to book either this or any other day.

Anyone that is interested in doing the 13th February, is welcome to come.

I've been meaning to get to one of these for ages. Is it still the same format - ie £100 for track time, food and Karting?

If so see you there!

  • grumbles about having to get a new tyre to replace one that had less than 200 miles on it... £80 down the drain. Bloody punctures.*

Goddammit. Not my week at all - another coil pack failed yesterday, and puncture in one of the brand new rear tyres, writing the tyre off. *goes to check*

So is anyone else going to this?

I've not driven Teeside Autodrome before - would the R32 be OK to use there? From the you tube videos I've watched it seems very tight and twisty, and more suited to Elises and Caterhams etc...

I think I'm going to go anyway and just take it easy until the Karting.

Will I be allowed down with my camera? Lack of funds mean I won't be able to take part, sadly...

I'm sure they'll let you in with the camera - If you do come along come and say hello.

Jamz - you should definitely come - I think their website said there are about 25 spare places, so it should be nice and quiet on the track.

The one weekend I'm away! I'd love to get the coop out on the track, karting sounds good too. Dont like the idea of getting through a set of tyres/pads though...!

Aye I've got quite a few pics too, I was the lonely looking bloke stood by myself on the bottom corner hairpin for an hour or so - had to leave early in the end to get to the match though.

Just sorting through them all now, I know Ol was in the immense sounding r32, but who else was a PH'er?

Hi mate - I saw your focus in the carpark, but it didn't have those black/ green wheels that you used to have, so didn't think it was you! You should've come and said hello! Nice pic of my car, have you got any others?

Cheers Tom, we saw you down at the bottom hairpin and was wondering if you were a PHer... Again, you should have come and said hello and come out in the car for a few passenger laps! Were you there when the other R32 turned up? It was nice to hear one from the outside, as they sound different from inside. It was nice to have someone to play with!

I'm going to sort my photos today, but here's one

It was a good day yesterday, I was out with my mini, did anyone get any more pictures of it?

We did the headgasket after half a dozen laps in the morning, but changed it and got out again in the afternoon! It went ok really as it's the first time we've had the car out since we built it.
